Work created for clients is governed by the ownership terms in the respective project agreement, which typically transfers full rights to the client upon final payment.

• Work begins only after a written brief and payment of any agreed deposit
• Revision rounds and deliverables are defined in the project scope
• Timelines depend on prompt feedback from both parties
• Cancellation terms are stated in the individual project agreement

6. Payment

Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in work being paused. Altrise reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of liability

Altrise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This does not prevent Altrise from listing your company name or showing approved work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
